Just want to make sure we're all clear on this: the creator of a fan club makes makes the rules for the fan club. BUT, the rules
HAVE to coincide with the main rules of the forum, or your club will not be allowed to remain open.
Once again, no bashing-don't start a bashing club.
If for any reason you don't like the rules of a certain club, or want to start a similar club to one that has already been
opened you, may start a second fan club for that specific thing, or person.
Example #1
If someone starts a club for balloons in general, but you want to start a club
about the magicalness of balloons; both clubs are free to be started, just make
sure the names are different enough that both clubs can be distinguished
from each other.
Example #2
Someone starts a fan club for balloons, and you can't have balloon club meetings
when the rest of the club wants too. You can start your own balloon club, that will
fit yours (and possible other member's) needs. Just make sure you give your club
a bit of a different name, so we start confusion with people thinking it's actually one
club.
